Gerardo dreams of setting up medical clinics throughout the land. Orlando is determined to be powereful and rich. . . and the president of Costa Rica. Both love strong, beautiful women who foster conflict and create dramatic changes in their lives. The two men have been bitter enemies since their youth, but are inextricably thrown together when Orlando’s father, a powerful congressman, sets up charitable foundations they both need to reach their goals. An explosive saga of sex, drugs, corruption and murder, is curiously interwoven into the very fabric of philanthropic works. It nears a dramatic climax when a strange man is found dead in a swank, orgy-oriented mansion hidden away in a secluded industrial area. Orlando surreptitiously obtains evidence that it was murder, that Gerardo was at the scene, and that it’s Gerardo’s fingerprints on the murder weapon. The man had been the lover and drug supplier of Gerardo’s beautiful wife, and had fathered the child she’d borne just a month before. It is Orlando’s chance to rid himself of his hated rival forever. He calls the police.
