“We have tried to accentuate the sufficiency of God’s grace for the Great Commission and share the biblical basis or foundation for our conclusions. We hope our experiences, stories and testimonies encourages you to engage in the Great Commission and realize that if He has used us to spread his word and expand His kingdom, He can use you to bring glory to His name through His Grace.” – Carlos Llambes
After serving in the mission field as International Mission Board appointed missionaries for the last nine years in the Dominican Republic, we have been privileged to be caught in the middle of a move of the Holy Spirit among the Haitian people. We have seen 81 new churches and over 3000 baptized believers in the last five years alone and we are still rising to new heights.
God brought many people and churches across our paths to partner with us in what has become a passionate vision to be obedient to His calling and to see His purpose fulfilled for our lives and the lives of many.
This book challenges you and your church to become involved in church-planing, which makes the greatest contribution to the expansion of the Kingdom. We implore you leave your comfort zone and embrace the Grace that was Sufficient to save us and propel us to share the Grace with others. Our hearts weep when we see Christians caught in the “paralysis of analysis” when it comes to their involvement in the mission. When all is said and done, the only reasonable conclusion that we could make is that His Grace is More than Sufficient for the Great Commission and will remain so forever.
The book is centered on God, His Grace, and His glory from the perspective of a missionary family that learned and shared the Sufficiency of His grace in our lives. It is our prayer that you will be encouraged to go forth and experience His grace. God Bless!
